All orders are processed subject to inventory availability and payment verification. Because our pieces feature hand-applied accents, subtle natural variations in texture and metallic trim are standard characteristics of authentic porcelain craftsmanship.

Every shipment is insured against breakages in transit. Claims for items damaged upon arrival must be submitted within seven business days of delivery alongside photos of the packaging to receive an immediate replacement.

All original vessel profiles, decorative patterns, site imagery, and written content remain the exclusive intellectual property of our studio. Commercial reproduction or distribution without explicit permission is prohibited.

Our high-fired porcelain is designed for enduring daily use. Proper care instructions accompany each product. Liability is limited to replacement or store credit for verified manufacturing defects under recommended care conditions.
